No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites

INGREDIENTS:

– Raw Cashews – Medjool Dates – Raw Walnuts – Peanut Butter – Cacao Powder – Sea Salt

STEP 1

Soak the raw cashews in hot water for 2 hours with a pinch of salt or in room temperature water overnight.

STEP 2

Blend the cashews, Medjool dates, and sea salt until semi-smooth.

STEP 3

Add in the cacao powder and salt, and blend again.

STEP 4

Blend remaining ingredients, and then scoop into 1" balls. Enjoy!
