– Raw Cashews – Medjool Dates – Coconut Flour – Coconut Shreds –Frozen Blueberries – Maple Syrup

STEP 1

Soak the raw cashews in hot water for 2 hours with a pinch of salt or in room temperature water overnight.

STEP 2

Blend the cashews, Medjool dates, and sea salt until semi-smooth.

STEP 3

Pulse in lightly thawed blueberries.

STEP 4

Roll the dough into balls of your desired size, roll in coconut, and they are ready  to eat!
