NO BAKE BROWNIE BITES

Raw, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and refines sugar-free, these no bake brownie balls are made with only 3 ingredients, and yet, nutritious and so yummy!

– raw walnuts – Medjool dates – cacao powder – nut butter (optional)

INGREDIENTS:

Add dates, walnuts, cacao powder, and nut butter to a food processor or a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and doughy.

STEP 1

Place the brownie batter in the fridge to cool for 20 minutes. This step will make the brownie bites easier to roll.

STEP 2

Roll the no bake brownie batter into balls. Roll the balls in the remaining cacao powder.

STEP 3

Store in the freezer. Enjoy!
