NO BAKE BROWNIE BITES

– raw walnuts* – Medjool dates  – cacao powder  – nut butter (optional)

INGREDIENTS:

Add dates, walnuts, cacao powder to a food processor or a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and doughy.

STEP 1

Place the brownie batter in the fridge to cool for 20 minutes. This step will make the brownie bites easier to roll.

STEP 2

Roll the no bake brownie batter into balls. (Wet your hands before rolling to prevent the batter sticking to your hands).

STEP 3

Roll the balls in the remaining cacao powder.
