GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST LAYER: Crumble up the crackers in a food processor or crush them in a zip lock bag using a rolling pin.
Mix the crumbles with melted coconut oil with a spatula. The mixture will be thick, sandy, and crumbly.
Press the crumbs into a layer on the bottom of a parchment paper-lined baking dish.
