HEALTHY S’MORES BROWNIES

– potato puree – almond butter – eggs – cacao powder – coconut sugar – baking soda – chocolate chip – marshmallows – graham cracker crumbs – coconut oil – coconut flour

INGREDIENTS:

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST LAYER: Crumble up the crackers in a food processor or crush them in a zip lock bag using a rolling pin.

STEP 1

Mix the crumbles with melted coconut oil with a spatula. The mixture will be thick, sandy, and crumbly.

STEP 2

Press the crumbs into a layer on the bottom of a parchment paper-lined baking dish.

STEP 3

Bake in the oven 300 F for 7-8 minutes to set.
