HEALTHY BAKED SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

This healthy spinach artichoke dip is so easy to make and delicious too! It is low carb, gluten-free and high in protein.

– Greek Yogurt – Artichoke – Mozerella – Parmesan Cheese – Baby Spinach – Garlic – Salt Pepper

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

STEP 1

If using fresh baby spinach, lightly saute it with a little bit of cooking oil. If using frozen spinach, thaw and drain the liquid from the spinach using a paper towel or cheesecloth.

STEP 2

In a large bowl, mix together the baby spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded parmesan, greek yogurt, artichokes, salt, and pepper with a spatula.

STEP 3

Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish.
