EASY CROCKPOT CARNITAS

This crockpot carnitas is so simple to make and packed with flavors. Slow Cooker Carnitas is also paleo, Whole30 friendly, gluten-free, and keto-friendly.

– Pork Shoulder – Onion – Garlic – Juice Of One Orange – Sea Salt – Black Pepper – Smoked Paprika – Garlic Powder – Cumin – Nutmeg

INGREDIENTS:

Pat dry the pork shoulder with paper towels. Season with all the “rub” Ingredients and rub all over the pork then place in your crockpot.

STEP 1

Add Onion garlic and orange juice. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or cook on high for 4- 6 house.

STEP 2

Pull apart with a fork. The meat should be very tender easily fall apart.

STEP 3

Serve with your favorite Taco shells, or on top of burrito bowls.
