CROCKPOT PULLED CHICKEN MASALA

Not your traditional BBQ pulled chicken recipe! This healthy version is paleo, whole30, dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free and so easy to make.

– Chicken – Tomato paste – Coconut milk – Bone broth

INGREDIENTS:

Marinate the chicken with all the seasoning and liquid in a bag for a few hours. Overnight for best result.

STEP 1

Chop up all the aromatic, onion, garlic, and ginger.

STEP 2

Add chicken and the leftover liquid along with the chopped-up aromatic in your crockpot.

STEP 3

Cook on low for 6 hours.
