These gooey, gluten-free caramel Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars have a buttery crust and a rich melty chocolate and crunchy pecan middle.
Combine all ingredients for the crust and do a quick par-bake.
While crust is baking- mix together all ingredients for the pecan pie filling. Then bake.
